October 1989 to July 1992: Employed with ASPIC Business Decisions Systems. Six months of intensive on-the-job training as a Trainee Programmer. Within that period I helped to implement distribution module on IBM AS/400 platform. Confirmed as Programmer on April 1990. Involved in designing and developing a personnel cum payroll package on AS/400 platform. Lead a team to accomplish the project. Promoted as Systems Engineer on July 1991. Changed role as Customer Engineer on January 1992. My responsibilities are to handle all technical needs and marketing situations relating to AS/400, RS/6000 hardware and software products.

August 1992 to March 1998: Employed with Fujitec Singapore Corporation as an Analyst Programmer. Within that period I provided software maintenance to our in-house turnkey projects. Promoted as Assistant Systems Analyst in July 1993. My responsibilities include Personal Computer (PC) software and hardware support. Promoted as Systems Analyst in July 1995. Implemented Year-200 projects.

April 1998 to present: Employed with Lotus Development as a Senior Support Analyst. My responsibility is to handle customers' technical needs in Lotus Domino especially in AS/400 platform.

Knowledge in database design and application implementation. Familiar with CASE/4GL concept and programming. Able to program in RPG/400. Sound technical knowledge of AS/400.

GCE 'O' Level, Henderson Secondary School, 1983 with seven passes.

GCE 'A' Level, St. Andrew's Junior College, 1985 with three 'A' and three 'O' passes. Major in Computer Science.
